Can I cancel my subscription?
Why would you want to cancel? Only joking. Our no commitment offering allows you to cancel at anytime.
Just simply login into your account on our website and follow "Manage Subscription" instructions or simply email us at info@boxofwine.ie
Note: We charge on the 1st of every month, so make sure you cancel before then, or your account will be charged.

What if I want a once off purchase of wine?
We are a subscription service, however, you can cancel at anytime. No commitments. Just receive your first order. Try it out. If we aren't for you, there will be no hard feelings, just email us at info@boxofwine.ie or login to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions" and follow the cancel instructions.
We also have a gift section which allows you to purchase a One Month subscription.

Shipping
Shipping destinations:
We ship nationwide in the Republic of Ireland, for deliveries outside of the ROI please email us at info@boxofwine.ie, where we will do our best to get you some wine!
Shipping times:
First Orders take 1-5 business days to be delivered. Christmas orders placed after the 16th of December (For Outside Dublin) cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the 25th of December. We will be delivering in Dublin until the 23rd of December.
Second and all future orders, will be delivered on or before the second Thursday of every month. Note: Your chosen card will be charged on the 1st of Every Month.
Orders are shipped with our Delivery Partner DPD, and you will be sent a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping cost:
All orders cost €4.95 for nationwide delivery.

Payments & Discounts
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
We accept secure payments for our customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards.
We will charge your card on the first day of every month, and your order will be shipped to you on the second Thursday of every month.
If you purchase your first box 7 days before the 1st of any month. You won't be charged again on the 1st. Instead you will be charged the next month on the first of the month and your subscription will begin as normal. If you have any questions, please email us on info@boxofwine.ie
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Euro.
All discounts / discount codes are subject to T&Cs, any discount code used for subscription services are subject to a discount for the first month. All subsequent months will be charged to the full amount. Please email for other T & Cs. info@boxofwine.ie

What if my package is damaged or if I'm not fully satisfied with the wines?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Exchange Policy:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% exchange policy.
Timing: we have a 30-days Exchange Policy, since the day the item was received.
We will replace any faulty items at no cost, if you need a refund, just contact us on the email below.
If you have any issues, please email info@boxofwine.ie with as much description as possible about your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible to replace the faulty item.

Do you offer Vegan wines
We currently have quite a few vegan wines.
If you would like your wine to be vegan please let us know in the additional information box at checkout.
In addition to our vegan wine boxes we are working on alcohol free, low alcohol and organic wines.
If theres something specific you'd like to see feel free to let us know!

Do you offer gift vouchers? Does this cover shipping?
Gifts:
We offer a one month gift voucher via the Gift section on our website. Delivery is included for the recipient.
Simply purchase and send an email with gift voucher and customised note to a loved one.

What comes in the gift boxes?
We are offer a personalised card and we will soon offer additional Irish treats that can be added to your gift box.

Can i schedule my gift box?
Yes!
It can be arranged to be delivered on a specific day, if for any reason we cannot we will contact you straight away.

Can i change what wines i get each month?
Yes!
If you want to change your box of wine selection simply follow the steps below
Go to Boxofwine.ie > my account > log in > manage subscription > products in your subscription.
From there you can choose a different product and we will pick your wine based on your previous quiz answers, otherwise you can submit a new quiz.

How will my wines change each month?
We will send you an email one week after you receive your order asking you to rate your wines, based on your feedback we will tailor the following months box accordingly.
This email will also allow you to change your preference or retake the quiz .

Can I buy a case of a specific wine from my monthly box?
This is something we are working on and hope to have launched shortly , in the mean time email us at info@boxofwine.ie and we will do our best to accommodate.
