Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes our no commitment offering allows you to cancel at anytime. Alternatively you can also skip specific months or pause your subscription.
Just simply login into your account on our website and follow "Manage Subscription" instructions or simply email us at info@boxofwine.ie
What if I want a once off purchase of wine?
We have a gift section which among other great gifts, allows you to purchase a once off box of wine.
Do you offer Vegan wines?
We currently have quite a few vegan & organic wines.
If you would like your wine to be exclusively vegan and / or organic please let us know in the additional information box at checkout.
In addition to our vegan wine boxes we are working on alcohol free, low alcohol and organic wines.
If theres something specific you'd like to see feel free to let us know!
Shipping
Shipping destinations
We ship nationwide in the Republic of Ireland, for deliveries outside of the ROI please email us at info@boxofwine.ie, where we will do our best to get you some wine!
Shipping times
First Orders take 2-5 business days to be dispatched.
Second & future orders will be charged on the same day the following month(s) and dispatched shortly after.
Orders are shipped with our Delivery Partner DPD, and you will be sent a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility in the event of a customer entering the incorrect delivery address

Where applicable:
Standard shipping (€3.95) will be dispatched 2-5 business days from order date
Express shipping €7.95, will be dispatched same business day on orders placed before 1pm or the following business day if the order is placed after 1pm
What if my package is damaged or if I'm not fully satisfied with the wines?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Exchange Policy:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% exchange policy. Timing: we have a 30-days Exchange Policy, since the day the item was received.We will replace any faulty items at no cost, if you need a refund, just contact us on the email below.If you have any issues, please emailinfo@boxofwine.iewith as much description as possible about your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible to replace the faulty item.We cannot accept claims for orders 21 days after being dispatched
Payments
Payments
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
We accept secure payments for our customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards. We will charge your card on the same day of every month (the same date as inital purchase), and your order will be shipped to you 1-5 business days from purchase.

Please note discount codes are not valid on already discounted products
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Euro.
Gifts
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Gifts:
We offer a 1/ 3/ 6 or 12 month gift voucher via the Gift section on our website. Delivery is included for the recipient.
Simply purchase and send an email with gift voucher and customised note to a loved one.
What gift options do you offer?
We have a wide range of gifts and work with some other great Irish companies.
All our boxes can be tailored to suit whatever the occasion or need.

Can I schedule my gift box?
Yes!
It can be arranged to be delivered on a specific day, if for any reason we cannot we will contact you straight away.
Subscription
Can I change what wines I get each month?
Yes!
If you want to change your box of wine selection simply follow the steps below
Go to Boxofwine.ie > my account > log in > manage subscription > products in your subscription.
From there you can choose a different product and we will pick your wine based on your previous quiz answers, otherwise you can submit a new quiz.
How will my wines change each month?
We will send you an email 10 days after you receive your order asking you to rate your wines, based on your feedback we will tailor the following months box accordingly.
This email will also allow you to change your preference or retake the quiz .
Can I buy a case of specific wine I loved?
Absolutely!
We don't repeat our monthly wines however if there was a specific wine that you particularly enjoyed just drop us an email to info@boxofwine.ie and we would be delighted to organise it for you.
