De Martino Viejas Tinajas Cinsault - D.O Itata

From Itata Valley, coastal southern Chile, this wine is fermented and aged in historic underground terracotta amphorae ("tinajas") with native yeasts, it offers vibrant red fruit aromas, soft tannins, and a fresh, un-oaked profile. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan friendly.

🍇 Cinsault

🍷 The red appears dark violet with floral notes, mingled with succulent red and black fruits on the nose. The palate displays red cherry, locked in with rich blackberry fruit, light bodied with soft tannins, finishing with more red fruit, earthy with hints of spice. An excellent red that needs time to open up and consume young.

Ideal with light tapas, roasted white meats, or slightly chilled on a warm day.
