🍇 Gamay

🍷 Touraine Rosé Chant de Lune is a lovely pale-pink coloured wine made from low-yielding Gamay. The nose is enticing with fresh, lively notes of citrus fruit, red berries and floral hints. It is vividly fresh on the palate, medium-bodied with raspberry flavours mingling with grapey and citrus notes.

Enjoy

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, particularly grilled prawns, salmon, and summer salads. Its bright raspberry and citrus notes also complement goat cheese, Mediterranean dishes with olives/anchovies, and light roasted chicken.
