🍷 Notes of slate and sage, some sanguine iron too. Medium to full body. Firm tannins and a fresh, bright finish. A stunning example of Cabernet Franc. So good right now but will age gracefully for some time to come. Decant in advance and would be great paired with any form of Game.

🍷Fresh, clean and spicy aromas. Salty, with ripe fruit and rich, complex flavour. Great aging potential.

Casisano, Brunello di Montalcino

🍷Elegant and complex with characteristic aromas of fresh red fruit and spicy notes. Harmonic to the taste, it in fact has a great tannic structure and an excellent acidity; it presents an excellent and long aromatic persistence both on the nose and in the mouth

🍷 Fresh aromas of apple, pear and almond balance clean minerality and a hint of fresh herb. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, the flavors and aromas build toward a harmonious and lingering finish.

Bruna Grimaldi, Barolo "Bricco Ambrogio"

🍷Red berry, botanical herb and forest floor aromas appear in the glass along with a floral whiff of violet. Firmly structured and savoury, the palate offers juicy Morello cherry, raspberry compote and star anise framed in fine-grained tannins. Fresh acidity keeps vibrant.
