Domaine Lafage, 'Miraflors' Rosé

🍇 Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre

Country: 🇫🇷 

🍷 A refreshing and mineral wine. Lively on the mouth with red fruits and fresh spices, round and crisp on the finish.

Oliver Zeter 'Weilberg' Riesling Trocken

🍇 Riesling

Country: 🇩🇪 

🍷 An intense bouquet of pineapple, star fruit, apple fritters, verbena and lemongrass, rounded off by nuances of light tobacco and cinnamon. On the palate it impresses with its mineral character and a present fruitiness.

ABV: 13%

Valmiñor, Albariño

🍇 Albariño

Country: 🇪🇸

🍷 Hints of white fruit like apricot, grapefruit and melon, all seamlessly integrated with an elegant floral background. The palate is fresh with flavours of apple and green fruits, leading in to a nice bitter finish.

Phillipe Milan et Fils, Rully Rouge

🍇 Pinot Noir

Country: 🇫🇷 

🍷 Strawberry and raspberry and a touch of liquorice. Plenty of fresh acidity on the palate while still fruity leading to a clean and flavourful finish.

Ampeleia, Ampeleia

🍇 Cabernet Franc

Country: 🇮🇹 

🍷 Notes of slate and sage, some sanguine iron too. Medium to full body. Firm tannins and a fresh, bright finish. A stunning example of Cabernet Franc. So good right now but will age gracefully for some time to come. Decant in advance and would be great paired with any form of Game.
