Collection 245 is an exciting new release from Louis Roederer with a refreshingly noble message at its core. Pioneer of sustainable and biodynamic practices, Lécaillon wanted to highlight the impact of global warming with this range. It’s a fizz that ensures there is ample freshness from the Perpetual Reserve to balance the ripe flavours. He started this eternal reserve back in 2012 and has been building on it since.
