Rosabelle Rosé

🍷 This is a wine that wants to be judged by its cover, red fruits combine with peach to deliver this crisp rosé. 

ABV: 12.5% 

Michel Redde Pouilly Fume “Petit F”

🍇 Sauvignon Blanc

🍷 Crisp lemon and apple notes burst through and are complemented by smoke that is textbook of the region. In the mouth, it has a crunchy acidity, supported by a great minerality. It closes with a long and fresh finish.

ABV 13% 

Domaine Jaeger-Defaix, Rully Premier Cru

🍇 Pinot Noir

🍷This fine, elegant Clos du Chapitre is a very burgundian style of Pinot noir. Aromas of red and black fruit dominate the nose with violets and cherry in abundance. Fine, supple tannins and a refreshing acidity on the palate make this a truly remarkable bottle of Pinot.

ABV: 13.5%

La Meulière, Chablis

🍇 Chardonnay

🍷  Aromas of delicate white flowers alongside classic “gunflint” minerality. Refined citrus zest characters on the palate combine with crisp acidity to produce a stunning example with incredible length.

ABV 14%  

Chateau Pipeau Saint Emillion Grand Cru

🍇 Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc

🍷 Once decanted, red and black fruits on the nose are complemented by a touch of spice and mocha. The mouth is expressive and round. Firm yet silky tannins show excellent balance.

ABV 13% 

La Cuvee Mythique, Corbieres

🍇 Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc

🍷 The nose is powerful, opening with notes of blackberry, pepper and cloves. Licorice and touches of vanilla and brioche add complexity. The palate is very creamy, silky, warm and fresh at the same time.

ABV 13.5%
